In the year 30xx, the world is controlled by a powerful and mysterious military complex that has seized control of the planet's limited water supply. The complex is using the stolen water to fuel the creation of advanced war machines known as ZECHs, autonomous robots that they use to maintain their grip on power and crush any resistance. However, a small group of rebels are fighting back against the complex. They have their own ZECHs, which they use to reclaim water and energy for humanity, as well as to battle the complex's forces. They are determined to put an end to the complex's tyranny and restore freedom and dignity to the people of the world.
